    2024 Summer Program
Welcome come join our Summer Blast Camp! We offer Light Breakfast & Snack and a fun-filled pre-planned program for ages 2- 9 yrs. old from June 17th until August 16th









IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN FOR A SUMMERTIME BLAST!

The Summer Blast Camp operates from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. During these hours, campers can enjoy a light breakfast and a snack. Remember to have your child’s summer T-shirt ready for all the exciting activities! 🌞🏕️


Summary: The Summer Blast Camp enrollment process involves confirming availability, paying fees, and adhering to the program’s commitment. Parents should be aware of the payment deadlines and the non-refundable nature of the field trip/activity fee.


To enroll your child in the Summer Blast Camp, please follow these steps:



  1. Confirm Availability:
  • Call the camp to check if there are available slots for your child’s age group.


   2. Payment and Forms:

           

  • Registration Fee: $25.00 per child (waived for Summer 2024).


  • Pay the holding fee (equal to one week’s tuition, $165.00 per week).
  • Complete and return the necessary forms to the center.
  • Your child’s enrollment is not confirmed until payment is made, and forms are submitted.


   3. Field Trip/Activity Fee:

  • The Summer Field Trips/Activity Fee is $275.00 per child.
  • This fee covers all summer field trips and activities (excluding spending money).
  • It’s a one-time payment due by June 7th.
  • Campers T-Shirts: $15.00 per shirt. Remember that T-shirts must be purchased before your child’s first field trip, and all campers must wear summer T-shirts during the program.

   

   4. Commitment:

  • Enrolling in the summer program is a commitment to follow through with the entire program.
  • Even if you stop bringing your child, you’ll still be responsible for payments and fees.
  • Due to slot limitations and our pre-planned summer program, which includes reserved field trips, we cannot permit the withdrawal of children in terms of financial responsibility. Late payments will incur weekly delinquent fees until the balance is cleared. Unsettled fees will result in the parent's account being referred to a collection agency.

 

   5. Children enroll in our fall program will be required to register into the summer program annually. Fall enrollment opens July 1 and summer enrollment opens April 1 of each year. If the parent does not register the child, we will not hold or guarantee a slot for the child, this program is on a first come first served basis. If the parent does not register the child into the summer program, the parent will have no obligations with the center, unless fees are not paid. However, if the parent registered the child in the summer program and want to register the child back into the fall program the parent would be required to pay the Holding fee and Material fee for the UPCOMING school year.
