Here at Clouds of Joy our Experienced, Certified and Continually Trained Educators goal is to promote every child's development individually using an appropriate mix of academic, Physical fitness and recreational activities while fostering interpersonal, communication and self-help skills while your child enjoys their journey here at our facility. If you would like to register your child into our program. Please click on one of the Links below to get all the information you need to plan for your child's enrollment at our center! Don't forget if your child is not enrolled at our center an interview is required and pre-enrollment package must be completed before a child can start. An interview is just that, the interview does not guarantee your child a slot at our center. After the interview, if the parent and our center has agreed on enrollment for the child, we will ask the parent to click the register button on this site to complete some information, as this will also link you to our app that will be used once enrolled. However, A pre-enrollment package will be accepted when your child is enrolled, and registration fee is paid. All returning parents must have current forms on file here at the center.

Pre-Enrollment Letter-This Form will help you with the enrollment process.
Enrollment Payment Processing Form- Please see this form on how enrollment payments can be made.
Registration Form- This form is submitted at time of enrollment.
Emergency Form- This form is updated as needed and every September.
Health Inventory Form - This form is updated as needed and every 2 years.
Immunization Form - If your child's doctor has their own immunization records no need to print this form.
Waiting List Registration Form- This form is ONLY needed if no space is available at the center.
